We help artists, collectives and cultural projects think about their work like a living ecosystem – not a never-ending to-do list. We don’t tell you what to paint / film / compose / perform. We help you understand why, for whom, and what future you’re quietly building with it.

  • We work with you on three layers:

    Your Story

    • What is the narrative that sits underneath your work?

    • How do you talk about it in a way that feels true to you – and still lands with curators, funders, collaborators?

    • What do you actually want to be known for in 5–10 years?

    Your Future

    • We pick a year – let’s say 2035 or 2048 – and imagine that your practice has grown into the most interesting version of itself.

    • From there, we look backwards: What had to happen? Which doors did you say yes to? Which did you close?

    • This turns vague “goals” into an actual map.

    Your Structure

    • Focus (what to drop, what to double down on)

    • Formats (residencies, collaborations, editions, teaching, side-projects)

    • Rhythm (how to protect time for deep work, not just requests and admin)

  • It’s not:

    • A classic coaching session with sticky notes and forced vulnerability

    • A corporate brand workshop in disguise

    • A lecture about how you “should post more on Instagram”

    It’s more like:

    • A long, sharp, slightly time-travelly conversation about who you are becoming

    • A friendly, rigorous mirror for your practice, your patterns, and your blind spots

    • A space where you’re allowed to be ambitious and confused at the same time

  • We’re a good fit if you:

    • Have already built some body of work – but you’re not sure what the next level looks like

    • Are tired of improvising your career year by year

    • Feel that your work is about something bigger than just “content” or “product”

    • Want a strategy that still feels like you, not like a brand manual

We might not be the right match if you:

    • Just want quick tips on growing your follower count

    • Are only looking for funding opportunities (we’re happy to talk about positioning, but we’re not a grant office)

    • Don’t want anything to change

  • After working with us, you’ll have:

    • A future narrative: a clear story of where you’re heading and why it matters

    • A handful of concrete decisions: what to stop, start, and continue

    • 1–3 strategic formats that match your work (not just random “projects”)

    • Language you can reuse for bios, applications, conversations and collaborations

  • We keep it simple and transparent.

For individual artists we usually offer three formats:

    • Future Session (1 × 4 hours)
A focused, one-off session to look at where you are now and where you want to go.
—Good for: decision-making, clarifying next steps, testing if we’re a fit.

    • Artist Strategy Sprint (3 sessions over 4–6 weeks)
From “vague direction” to a concrete future narrative and a small plan.
—Good for: moments of transition (new city, new gallery, new line of work).

    • Longer-term accompaniment (3–6 months)
Ongoing strategic sparring as your projects unfold.
—Good for: artists who are building a new chapter (studio, collective, practice shift).

If you’re interested but unsure about budget, talk to us.
We’d rather see good work in the world than lose you to a spreadsheet.

Translation: If there’s a genuine fit, we’ll try to find a way.

  • Short answer:

Between Berlin, Athens and the internet.

    Longer answer:

    • Online
Most of our sessions happen on Zoom/Meet, because our clients are scattered across cities and time zones. It’s low-drama, high-focus and works surprisingly well for deep conversations.

    • In person – Berlin
We’re based in Berlin and occasionally offer in-person sessions – in our studio, on a walk, or (soon) on our boat as part of the Arcona Boat & Swim Club.

    • In person – elsewhere
For residencies, festivals or institutions, we’re happy to travel and build formats on site – from one-day labs to longer workshops with groups.

You don’t have to be in the “right” city to work with us. You just need a half-stable internet connection and a practice you care about.

  • Because the world doesn’t just need more “content”.
It needs artists who act like time travellers: bringing back signals, stories and images from futures that haven’t been built yet.

If that sounds like you – or the version of you that’s trying to emerge – we’d love to talk.

    Let’s time-travel your practice.

Drop us a line, send us a link to your work, and we’ll see what kind of future we can unpack together.
