THE EXCHANGE is a NNRRTV program for growth across the DACH* region.

Who are we? THE EXCHANGE is led by a small core team with deep experience across Germany and Austria. Different backgrounds, shared perspective.

Christian Barthélémy (Berlin): former CEO of Vattenfall Germany, bringing top-level corporate leadership and network.

Christoph Zinganell (Vienna): builder and operator, with a strong track record in energy and transformation (e.g. Collective Energy).

Thiemo Puettmann: strategist and partner of NNRRTV, working at the intersection of identity, direction and execution.

We operate as a tight core and extend through a curated network of partners, operators and specialists across the DACH region. This allows us to go far beyond strategy if needed: from positioning and market entry to building structures, ventures and teams on the ground.
